The carving stage is finally underway! This will be a slow and time-consuming project
but I hope to continue posting pictures on a weekly basis.
I started carving the banners first to establish the depth of the
relief and get a better feel for the use of the foam. The banners
are a fairly uncomplicated solid to practice on.
